Report cards will be sent home with your student on the last day of school, June 5, 2015. Please take a minute or two to look through the manilla envelope as there is A LOT of information to watch for as well as good resources for summer learning opportunities. I highly recommend utilizing all that is offered to ensure that your student keeps up their hard work (with a little play mixed in there of course, that's what summer is for, right?). This is SO important! The "summer slide" is the hardest thing to bounce back from. I would hate to see my students, who might I add are all either at or above grade level in both ELA and Math, dip below grade level because they didn't read or practice math for THREE WHOLE MONTHS! Please keep this in mind. I and next year's teacher thank you immensely!! :)
This blog will be used for any classroom information I find important and imperative for you as parents/guardians to know. Thank you for taking the time to view this. I am hoping this will help with the bridging of the communication gap. :)
