We will be going on a field trip tomorrow. We are going to see a Scheer's Lumberjack Show and then having a picnic lunch at Shue's Pond if the weather cooperates. If your child has signed up to receive a sack lunch from the the school they are all set. If you child did not sign up to receive a sack lunch from the school, THEY are responsible for bringing a cold lunch in a disposable paper bag.   We WILL NOT be here for school lunch, so please be sure your child has something to eat! Also, there are few students who have yet to turn in their money for the trip. We sent a letter home last week sometime allowing for plenty of time to turn in the $4.50 needed to attend the show. If a student does not have this money by tomorrow morning, they are not allowed to come with us. Please make sure your child has turned in his or her money to me. Thank you! :)

Here are a few pictures from yesterday's events! The children had so much fun and in case you hadn't heard....WE WON TUG-O-WAR! :) 

Tomorrow is the Hayward Intermediate School Field Day! We are going to have so much fun!! :) The day will begin with the morning events starting at 9:00am and finishing up at 11:00am. We will break for lunch from 11:00-12:35 then begin the afternoon events from 12:45-2:45. This will bring us up to the end of school. Please have your students bring the following: 1. water bottle 2. cold lunch if they are not having the picnic lunch provided by the school 3. gym shoes/tennis shoes 4. blanket 5. sunscreen 6. a book 7. sunglasses I will have snacks, drinks and music for our little cheering section. Please also remind your students that this is going to be a really fun day, but we need to remember to have good sportsmanship. :) Parents are more then welcome to come and watch! See you there. Today we did a little relaxation and meditation in room 406! :) The kiddos really enjoyed it.
